About Me

Molly Ellen Pearson is a writer, poet and journalist hailing from St Albans, Hertfordshire. She wrote her first novel at the age of eleven about a race of humanoid cats and their quest to find a messiah, and promptly decided she wanted to be an author.

She performed at the Alpha-Ville Festival of Post-Digital Culture in 2011 where her poem ‘Picture This’ was used as the basis for an art installation.  Click here to see this performance. Molly continues to read work live at open mic nights with the UEA Creative Writing Society.

Her work has been published by the Young Poets Network and Concrete Newspaper, and as of June her poems ‘Departure’ and ‘Jekyll’ will feature in the 2014 UEA Undergraduate Creative Writing Anthology.

She currently studies English Literature with Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia.
